My Background in Real Estate:

I entered the real estate field in Caroline County in 1978.  In 1984, three partners and I opened Choptank Realty.  Our small, boutique realty company was successful for fifteen years.  In January 2000, we merged with Champion Realty to offer our customers the benefit of a small company's service and expertise with a large company's clout.  I can say with certainty that it was a smart move - both for my customers and for my career.
